It’s unfortunate that you decided to leave a negative review just because the free version lacks a feature that wasn’t advertised anywhere in the plugin’s description.
The import feature was added recently in the PRO version just because we wanted to test how the feature would work first with a smaller number of users.
I would really appreciate it if you could edit your review, as this affects the overall rating, and I don’t think this was the best way to ask for a new feature.

I’m sorry, you are right about affecting the overall rating so I edited my rating but I was actually disappointed by the plugin.
Being a new user, I need the opportunity to try out your plugin before making a decision about purchasing the pro version, to ensure it meets my needs.
