No, never going to happen 😀
This request shows a lack of understanding of the kind of software that WordPress is, and what the “Internet Computer” really is.
WordPress is not a self-contained binary software that must be “ported” to another platform. Rather, WordPress is just a PHP script; requiring a relational database server (MySQL and derivatives) and a webserver (Apache, Nginx, IIS, etc) to run.
See WordPress requirements here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
WordPress simply cannot run in any environment where these three server components are not available, and the Internet Computer doesn’t support any of these.
To get WordPress to run on ICP would require completely re-inventing every aspect of the fundamental architecture of the software. That could be a project for someone to take on — like the various independent projects attempting to use alternative database servers for WordPress… but this is simply not something the WordPress project is ever likely to do.
Note also that as the environments are totally different, such an effort would lead to two totally different and incompatible “WordPress” software: plugins and themes made for the stand WordPress will NOT work with the ICP-version of WordPress and vice versa — creating a big mess. That’s another reason why this isn’t ever going to happen.

I will add though that WordPress is built entirely by volunteers, so if you want to be the one to see this through as a viable option, here’s how you can get involved: https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/
Ya, I’m no programmer. But, thanks for the explanation. Appreciate it!
