Marketplace invoicing

Hi guys,
I would like to use the PDF-Invoicing Pro plugin from WPovernight for the WCFM marketplace.
I would like to send an additional template to customers for invoicing. My problem is that I can only specify one store in the Shop name and Shop address fields (General tab), even though my marketplace has more than ten stores! How can I solve this problem so that I can send the additional template with the respective store name/address?
