Setting up blog posts on submenu

    Hello,

    I’m new to WordPress, but not to web design, and need some help setting up something in the 2024 them. On my site, located here:

    https://brewtifuladventures.com

    I have in the menu at the top “Product Reviews.” Is there a way to create a “Post” and then have it automatically added to the list of pages that are in the submenu of Product Reviews?

    Or is best to just create a new page, and then manually add it to the submenu?

    The post can be automatically added to your pages using a “Posts” block and you can choose which category to display.
