  • Hello, Good Day to you.
I am a singer with all my material and personal contact details on 2 websites
http://www.veddah.com & http://www.buzzkop.com, where recently my websites went down, and have been unable to log in.

I’ve contacted my very reliable computer guy, but he hasn’t got back to me, and with his whatsapp, and social media not active since last November, i fear the worst has happened to him with he suddenly gone missing.

The hosting site have told me he has taken out a 3 year plan 2 years ago, so can understand why my hosting is still ok, but feel maybe wordpress.ord is annual subscription, and with him gone missing is the reason he has been unable to renew his wordpress.org account and why i can’t access my wordpress.org account.

With i singing on these websites, and all my contact details on view on the site also, and my company Veddah Ltd owning the website, it is beyond all doubt i own the websites.

With i unable to contact anyone at wordpress.org to get simple access, and then trying wordpress.com, they have told me go on this forum to ask someone to help me this way, so with this all new to me, i hope someone can kindly advise me how can i simply log into my websites.

    Kind Regards
    Michael Lally

  • First:
A local installation of WordPress has no connection to any WordPress.ORG account. Your account here with which you have written this post, therefore also has no connection to your two websites.

The error message displayed when calling the two domains indicates a problem in the hosting. Why and why, only the support of the hoster can tell you. If you have access to a hosting area, you could see if you can find log files that at least say something about the nature of the error. But even here, only the hoster’s support can help you.
