  • Hi there,

I am currently customizing my website with the Elowen theme (by qodeinteractive) and I saw when I go to the mobile view of my website that there is a back to top button enabled. I’ve tried to get rid of it multiple times, but it never worked. I don’t even know where I can edit the back to top button. In the theme’s core options there is the possibility to enable and disable the back to top button. I’ve already disabled it, but it still appears when I’m in mobile mode.

I hope that some of you could help me out! Maybe with a custom CSS code?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This is a feature of your theme, and not something built into WordPress itself.

This is a commercial (ie paid) theme. We don’t have access to any commercial themes (and plugins) here. So that limits the level of support we can offer.

For best support, contact your commercial theme’s vendor. They built and sold the theme, and they should be in the best position to help you configure and use the product you purchased from them.

Maybe with a custom CSS code?

Sure… but for custom CSS, we need to view the feature in question on your site and examine the HTML/CSS code. Only then can we give you custom CSS code to hide it. But your site is currently in “maintenance mode”, so we’re unable to offer any help.

You can use custom CSS and javascript. Also make sure you’ve cleared cache after making changes on your website.
