probleme in login and register in the site

I have a multi-site website that specializes in real estate marketing and I use a paid theme.
Sub-sites are intended for marketing real estate. In the beginning, any user could create an account on the site and publish their properties.
But some time ago my site was hacked and since that moment it has been no longer possible to create an account on the site.
The account creation form is there and I can fill out all the required information, but when I click on create an account nothing happens and the page remains stuck at that point.
Is there a solution to this problem?
