Hey all, I am quite new to this so pardon my naivety. I am interested in creating a professional looking blog with some features and a touch of graphic design. I am looking to hire someone to do this for me and provide me with advice on what host to use for my needs etc. What is a good way to find a developer who can do this for me who I know is proven and offers good quality? I would also prefer if they were UK based ideally.
