Woocommerce redirection after checkout

Hi seniors, hope you are doing great today. I have created my wocoomerce store upon cash on delivery option enabled. I got a problem while testing, everything was working fine until checkout. When I entered all the adress details and clicked on place order I got an error rather than getting a thank you message (being redirected to otder-received page).

I have gone through many articles, chatGPT, BingAI, youtube. All the methods including adding code are tried but nothing is working.

As per expectation after clicking on place order I should have been redirected to the thank you page but I am seeing an error message. Upon checking the admin panel I can see an order placed.

As per recommedation I changed theme, checked plugins, added code, creadted a page with slug “order-received” went Woocommece>settings>advanced set order-received as endpoint of post order but nothing worked. I logged in to my Cpanel of hosting unintalled wordpress, reinstalled it, deleted all pages, posts, deactivated and deleted all the plugins . setup cash on delivery skipping installation of tiktok, analytics, woopayments etc and tried with twenty twenty four (default) theme. Issue is still same, Instead of getting redireted to thank you page after placeing order, order is placed on backend but I am seeing error message. Is there any solution or I just quit woocommerce or even wordpress.
