Worst Support Ever

Hello, we’ve been using Elementor for the past 5 years. Though the plugin is really good, their support became worse daily. After investing a lot of money, we’re not getting at least decent support from their team. We’re using the Agency plan.
New bugs arrived and we tried to reach their support by contacting them through our agency account. I raised a few tickets and it’s been almost 15 days, and they’re not even given any reply. They’ve disabled their live chat feature and even they’re not including the ticket number to the automated reply notification template.
When I’m not getting any reply from our agency account I raised a ticket here, but they are not even giving me a reply here too it’s been 14 days already.
If you’re unable to give proper support then either increase your support team or just stop selling licenses for new members.
We loved Elementor as this is the best WordPress builder nowadays but the support is really bad. We’re not expecting this from Elementor.
Really disappointed. 1 start is for your worst support.
