I have never encountered a company that only sends out a notification letter for automatic renewal within 30 days. What’s more, there is no guarantee whether the user has received the notification letter, and it forces you to renew. I contacted the company immediately after deducting the money from my credit card, but they still wouldn’t give me a refund. The company’s handling attitude was very bad, not to mention that a group of users responded to this policy. Why not review a policy that is clearly speculative and want to take advantage of it? Are policies that users are unfamiliar with, disguised fraud? The default approach creates a considerable sense of distrust among users. There is no appeal channel at all. They deduct money and then disappear without refund. I hope all users will be wary of this company.
