Likely my last subscription with Elementor

I’ve been an Pro customer for years, since it came out. Generally very happy with it, there were some bugs and quirks but always either ignored or found work arounds.
I had a big problem where Elementor pro creates a critical error on my site wiht just Woo Commerce. I found it was with the latest plugin update of Elementor Pro.
I got through to 1st line support fairly fast (same day) they were unable to solve so referred me to 2nd level. They were unable to help so have referred to the 3rd level support and now comms have gone dead. They’ve left my site in debug mode, so lots of code and errors are showing on every page. I gave them permission to work directly on my site but didn’t know they were going to publicly display debug information which could be used by hackers to take control of my site. I was a big supporter of Elementor for many years but why pay for a plugin that is a little buggy but support is so poor. For a subscription model business, I expected better from the support.
