    pagespeed.web.dev says: Consider using the Performance Lab plug-in to automatically convert your JPEG uploads to the WebP format, if it is supported.
    But it’s not true, this plugin is not converting anything (maybe I am missing something), but yeah, useless for me

    Hi there @xdekhckr,

    If you’re finding that the plugin is not generating and utilizing WebP images from JPEG images then it’s possible that the JPEG images you are uploading are already optimized, with any WebP version if generated resulting in a larger file size. Other possibilities include server limitations for WebP support or third party plugin conflicts.
