Can’t add it to my website

    This is the second time I’ve tried adding this plugin to my website. I go through the process of it being a personal subscription, I click next and then I get this error: “You do not have permission to access this resource.”

    Hey there! That is a general error in WordPress that could be caused by any number of items.

    Reach out to your hosting provider and ask them for your site’s server error logs from around the time you were trying to configure Akismet. It should highlight the problem, which could be incorrect server file permissions, conflict with server-level security, errors in your server, or corrupted files. They should also be able to fix the issue.
