Ok, I have PayPal Standard enabled but it does not show up in express checkout options on the checkout page.

We’ll need to get some more details of your setup to have a look at what’s going on and help you. In order to do that, we’ll need you to open a ticket with us through the main WooCommerce.com support channel.
You can do this at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Open a Support request and we’ll be happy to help you look into it further.
When you open the ticket, please provide a link to this forum thread and your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report
button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support
button. Then paste it in the box describing your issue before you submit your ticket.
